INGREDIENTS

• 2 Chicken Thighs
• 4 tablespoons Japanese Soy Sauce
• 2 tablespoons Sugar

PREPARATION

1. Cut the Chicken into bite size pieces
2. Mix Japanese Soy Sauce and Sugar in a bowl
3. Allow the mixture to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator

DIRECTIONS

1. Put Chicken on metal skewers
2. Cook Chicken on the BBQ on low temperature
3. Use a cooking brush to lightly coat the Chicken with the soy sauce and sugar mixture while cooking
4. Continue to cook Chicken until thoroughly cooked
