INGREDIENTS

• 4 pieces sliced Bread
• 8 pieces sliced beef
• 1 Tomato sliced
• 2-3 leafs of Lettuce
• 1/2 Onion sliced
• 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat cooking oil in a fry pan over medium or high temperature
2. Add Sliced beef and stir for 3-4 minutes
3. Add sugar and soy sauce and stir until sauce becomes sticky
4. Toast bread and spread mayonnaise on sliced bread
5. Put Onion, Tomato, Beef and lettuce on sliced bread
6. Put bread slices together and press lightly
