INGREDIENTS
• 2 Chicken Thighs
• 2 or 3 Cabbage leaves cut into thin strips
• 1.5 cups Cooked Rice
• 4 tablespoons
Japanese Soy Sauce
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil
PREPARATION
1. Cut the Chicken into bite size pieces
2. Mix Japanese Soy Sauce and Sugar in a bowl
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat a fry pan on high temperature until warm
2. Add the Cooking Oil to the fry pan
3. Add the Chicken and fry until thoroughly cooked
5. Add the Soy Sauce and Sugar mixture to the fry pan
6. Stir occasionally until the Chicken is covered with the mixture
7. Cook until the mixture becomes a little sticky
8. Put the Rice in a bowl
9. Put the Cabbage on the Rice
10. Put the Chicken on the Cabbage and put the rest of Soy Sauce and Sugar mixture

Tips and Suggestions
• The Cooking Oil is optional. The Chicken will produce enough of oil for frying. Not using the optional Cooking Oil will reduce the amount of calories.
• If you add 1 tablespoon 100% orange juice into the Soy Sauce and Sugar mixture, it will add extra good flavor!
