INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups Sushi Rice *

• 2 Cans of Tuna
• 1/4 head of Lettuce sliced
• 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
• 6-10 pieces Sushi Nori (Dried Seaweed sheet)
• Water and Rice Vinegar mixture (1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup rice vinegar)
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix Canned Tuna and Mayonnaise well in a bowl
2. Put 3-4 tablespoons Sushi rice on a Sushi Nori on Bamboo Sushi Mat
3. Spread Sushi rice evenly over the Sushi nori with wet fingertips using water and rice vinegar mixture, and leave a 1-2 inch border at the far edge
4. Put sliced lettuce and Canned Tuna and Mayonnaise mixture in the middle of the Sushi rice from one side to the other side
5. Lift the front side of the bamboo mat, nori and rice and place the front side on the other end of the rice, push well and then roll the rest of the Sushi nori
6. Cut into bite size pieces

90-120 minutes (includes the time to make the Sushi Rice)
