Healthy Tofu Salad 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
INGREDIENTS

• 1 pack Tofu
• 1/2 sliced onion
• 1/2 cucumber cut it into thin strips
• 1 pack Katsuo Bushi (Dried Bonito) – optional
• Vinegar salad dressing
• 4 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
• 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil


PREPARATION

Soak a sliced onion in water for 10-15 minutes


DIRECTIONS

1. Add Vinegar, Soy sauce, Sugar and Olive oil into a bowl and mix well
2. Cut Tofu into 1/2 inch cubes
3. Take onion out of the water and drain well
4. Put Tofu on a dish and put Onion and Cucumber on Tofu
5. Put Katsuo Bushi on the top
6. Serve with Dressing

15 minutes
