Kabocha no Nimono (Sweet Boiled Kabocha) 1 Year, 1 Month ago  
INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 Cabocha
• 1 Cup Dashi Soup
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 5 tablespoons Soy Sauce


DIRECTIONS

1. Add 1 Cup of Dashi Soup to a medium size pot and bring to a boil
2. Add Kabocha and Sugar and Soy Sauce and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes
3. Cook until Kabocha is tender


COOKING TIME

20 minutes
